  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day

Delivery Times

Delivery is handled via our courier partners.

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days
  • Outlying areas: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.


Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  • We may offer free shipping on orders over a specified amount (where applicable)

Large & Heavy Items

Certain items, such as large bags of dog food, may incur higher shipping costs due to weight. These costs will be calculated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Addresses
